Additional mattress with RM20 per night.

Additional RM10 per person for selected public holidays.

Additional RM20 per person for peak holiday such as Hari Raya and Chinese New Year.

旺季(开斋节和华人新年) : 加额RM20/人一晚.

House Rules :

- We are located at fish village with local residents. NO party allows in guesthouse and please respects other guests and neighbors and NOT making excessive noise in the guesthouse at all times. (There may be guests or neighbors rest in any time of the day).

- The design of guesthouse is OPEN concept with minimal fencing and walls. Our first floor is wooden flooring. Not suitable for group with children. Please take supervision and communicate with your children NOT to run and jump in guesthouse.

- NO smoking in all rooms.

- All children above three years old consider one person. You will be refused to check in if you have more than the maximum guests allowed in your room. If you have more guests, please inform us earlier for arrangement for additional mattress or additional room in advance before you arrive.

- Please keep tidy and clean-up the pantry and common area after used.

- Check out time is 11:00am. Check out after 12:00 p.m. will result in an additional fee. Guest can put the entire luggage in the hall.

房间条规：

- 我们位于当地居民的渔村。任何人都不允许在名宿开派对，请尊重其他住客和邻居，并且不要在名宿发出过度的噪音。（有客人或邻居可能在任何的时间休息）。

- 名宿的设计是OPEN概念，小的围栏和墙壁。我们的一楼是木地板，所以不适合有带孩子的团体。请监督您的孩子和他们沟通，不要在名宿里乱跑。

- 所有客间都禁止吸烟。

- 所有三岁以上的孩子都视为一个人。如果您的房间超过允许的最大客人数量，您将被拒绝办理入住手续。如果您有更多住客，请在抵达前提前通知我们预订额外的床垫或额外的房间。

- 在使用后，请保持厨房和公共区域整洁和清洁。

- 退房时间是11:00 am。12:00pm之后退房将收取额外的收费。住客可以把所有行李放在大厅。

Facilities:

Free WIFI in whole guesthouse

All rooms are with air-conditional and fan.

All rooms are provided towel.

All beds are with mattress protectors, bed sheets and blankets.

All bathrooms with hot shower, hair and body shampoo.

Common Hall at ground floor with TV, hammock, drinking water, refrigerator with drinks, hair-dryer, mini library, pantry.

Terrace at first floor with hammock, coffee table, bean bags, hair-dryer,3 common bathrooms.

设备：

免费WIFI在整间名宿。

每间房间都有冷气和风扇。

每间房间都提供毛巾

每张床都有床垫套，床单和毯子。

每间浴室都有热水，沐浴乳，洗头水。

在底楼大厅有公共电视，吊床，饮用水，冰箱饮料，吹风机，小型图书馆，小型厨房。

在第一楼阳台有茶几，豆袋，吹风机，3间公用浴室。

Direct Booking :

1. Choose the Room Type and date you want to book.

2. Check the room availability with our contact below

3. Secure your room booking with payment.

a) Cash - bank in or bank transfer into our bank account. Net amount as above table, no additional charge.

b) booking by paypal account (5% charge), payment request will be sent by email.

We will not reserve your room booking without payment made. You can still walk in and pay cash during arrival subject to room availability.

直接预订：

2. 可通过以下联络方式联系我们以查看客房供应情况。

3. 付款以保护您的房间预订。
a）现金 - 银行汇款或转帐到我们的银行帐户。价钱可以参考以上的图表，不收取额外费用。
B）信用卡订票由PayPal帐户或信用卡（5％的手续费），付款请求将通过电子邮件发送。
没有先付款我们是不会保留你的房间预订。你仍然可以步行抵达，并视空房情况时付现金。
